Chasing candidate paperwork slows every hire down

Problem

CVs scattered across inboxes

Applications spread across email, job boards and LinkedIn messages.

Candidates forced to sign in

Google Forms makes candidates sign in to upload a CV, and many give up.

Missing new hire paperwork

New hires forget IDs, tax forms or signed contracts until day one.

One uploader replaces inboxes, forms and shared folders.

15M+ files collected. No account needed for candidates.

Frequently asked questions

DriveUploader is a document collection tool that helps HR and recruiting teams collect candidate and employee documents into Google Drive. Candidates and employees upload CVs and resumes, contracts and IDs through a link, an email address or a form on your careers page, without creating an account. Files are saved to your Google Drive, and AI extracts candidate details into Google Sheets.

No. Unlike file upload questions in Google Forms, DriveUploader doesn’t ask candidates to sign in. They open the link on any device, fill in your form and upload their files.

Yes. Build a form with the questions you need, list the documents to attach, such as a CV and cover letter, and embed it on your careers page with your logo and colors. Every application lands in the folder for that job opening.

Uploads go straight to your Google Drive and no copies are stored on our servers. Candidates can only upload, never browse your folders. You can protect each uploader with a password or set an expiration date. Files are encrypted in transit and stored with Google’s security, like the rest of your Drive. Our Data Processing Agreement is part of our Terms and covers every account.

DriveUploader collects documents but doesn’t provide e-signatures. New hires can upload documents they signed on paper or in your e-signature tool, and every file is saved to their folder.

Any document a new hire sends you: signed offer letters and contracts, NDAs, tax forms such as the W-4, direct deposit forms and ID documents. Ask for emergency contact details as form fields and list the documents as a checklist, and every file lands in the new hire’s folder in Google Drive.

No. DriveUploader saves every upload to the right Google Drive folder, sends notifications and writes form answers and extracted data to Google Sheets on its own. You don’t need to build a workflow. If you want to send data to other tools, you can connect them through webhooks or the API.

Yes. Route uploads into a Shared Drive and everyone with access to it sees new applications right away. With the Team plan, your whole HR team manages uploaders in one workspace.

You can start for free. Free uploaders stay open for 24 hours. For permanent links per job opening, plans start at $4.99/month. Custom application forms need the Pro plan. AI processing of documents uses credits, starting at $9 for 100 documents.

Candidates can upload any file type, and DriveUploader doesn’t limit file size on any plan; files only need to fit into your Google Drive storage. AI reads PDFs, Word documents, photos and scans. You can limit file types or set a maximum file size for each uploader.
